Are you an organised administrator with a great telephone manner? Looking to increase your sales expertise with an eco-friendly, successful business? If so, read on.   

Olleco is the UK’s market leader for the collection and conversion of catering waste streams into renewable energy such as electricity, mains gas and biodiesel. We are also the UK’s leading supplier of vegetable oils for the catering industry. We’re now looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our friendly team.  

Fostering a welcoming and engaging environment, we offer the chance to undertake great training, develop professionally and play an important role in our sales activities.   

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will help the National Sales Team, enabling them to be as productive as possible.   

In this varied role, you will:  

- Identify and source new customer, market or industry opportunities 
- Communicate with customers in friendly, professional manner  
- Produce high-quality and complex documentation and presentations for customers and tenders 
- Help to manage our online tender portals  
- Analyse information to identify market trends  
- Update our customer relationship management (CRM) system  

Interested? To be considered, you will need:  

- Administration experience, including experience of preparing high-quality documentation  
- Proficiency in social media and digital technology  
- A confident telephone manner 
- A degree at grade 2:1 or above (or equivalent)  

Enthusiastic and eager to learn, as an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’ll also be flexible, adaptable and able to work on your own initiative.  

Experience with Salesforce or a similar prospect management system would be beneficial, as would a formal qualification in sales or purchasing. A full driving licence would also be beneficial.
