Committed to sustainability, Olleco is on a mission to reduce waste within the foodservice industry. We are now looking for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team.

If you are a Class 2 licence holder with multi-drop and collection experience, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a leader in the recycling sector and play a key role in the movement of waste oil to our processing centres.

We offer every member of our team a strong set of values and we always remain mindful of our reputation of promoting a culture of incredible customer service each and every time.

Having pioneered resource recovery in the UK, we have led the way in our industry in everything, from the creation of renewable energy solutions to biodiesel vehicles.

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be tasked with collecting waste cooking oil using an Olleco 18 or 26 tonne rigid tanker.

Collecting oil on a daily round of roughly 10 collections per day, you will obtain samples of all collections, record them all and ensure signatures are provided at each site.

Averaging around 48 hours per week, you will earn a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn even more with regular performance bonuses.

Your role will also include:

- Daily debriefs from the Oilsense office team
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Operating all equipment (including your vehicle) with the upmost regard for safety
- Completing vehicle checks and recording maintenance issues
- Downloading your personal driver card on a weekly basis
- Staying away for an average of three nights per week (our tankers have sleeper cabs)

Successful candidates will have previous multi-drop and collection experience. A Class 2 licence without any DR10 or IN10 (or equivalent) licence offence codes and no more than 6 points on your licence is also essential. You must have experience with digital tacho cards and a driver qualification card or have completed at least 35 hours of CPC training.
