Committed to sustainability, Olleco is on a mission to reduce waste within the food service industry. We are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a 6 month maternity cover contract.

This is an exciting role for a confident customer service professional to join our growing company at an exciting time in our evolution. For the right candidate, there will be opportunities to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of customer queries via telephone and email channels.

Specifically, you will call allocated rounds on a daily basis for customer orders. Utilising the CRM system to maximum effect, you will seek to maximise sales with every customer.

Your other duties will include:

- Updating the CRM system with customer contact details
- Informing customers of any price changes as appropriate
- Managing all incoming calls from customers
- Re-engaging with prospective customers
- Seeking new business
- Undertaking any other tasks as requested by the Sales Manager
- Building strong working relationships with customers in order to retain healthy sales growth against competition

To be considered for this role, you must have previous telephone-based customer service experience. Equally important are your strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you must be patient and organised with the ability to multi-task. A team player, you must also be able to effectively prioritise your workload.

Previous telesales experience would be beneficial to your application.
